The purchasing process was excellent, and I love the guitar. I would have given five stars Except that the guitar itself had oily fingerprints all over it as if it had been played many times. This was sold as a new guitar so I was not expecting to get what appeared to be an open box instrument.
David is a great advisor who remembers my needs. Unfortunately it didn’t quite work out this time
