I had a less than ideal situation with my order. I missed the first delivery attempt and was unable to arrange for a hold without contacting Sam Ash first. However, the request for hold did no go into account until the 3rd failed attempt at delivery, and was not at the hold location indicated in the request. In short, I ordered my instrument on a Wednesday, first attempt was Saturday, and did not pick up the instrument until the next Thursday.
