Steve online and Josh at the Indianapolis store was very helpful. I went in about a month ago to purchase a pioneer flx10 and was quoted a bigger discount online and Josh at the store prices matched it and quickly gave me great customer service as soon as I walked into the store . On top of that Sam ash randomly gave me a gift card I need so bad , and I used that to purchase the pioneer headphones as well .
