The staff cater to my every meal from the minute I walked in the door. A nice warm. Welcome to Sam Ash is what I heard. After letting them know what I was therefore they took care of it and paid my bill. I was in and out in less than five minutes and everything was on point. And guitar center who? Sam ash? I took a Squire Fender Jazz bass that I bought at Sam Ash .com to the local store to trade it because it just wasnt a good fit. I found what I wanted , no questions asked I got 100% dollar amount trade in I paid the difference. The salesman Greyson was exceptional answered all questions and made the whole experience enjoyable. For that I keep coming back.

The people at the Torrance location were able to help correct a shipping issue, that could have ended bad. The employees were the most courteous people that I can’t say enough of great things about them. Very knowledgeable as well. I was very impressed.
