He contacted other stores that had it in stock to ensure the guitars I was interested in were in the condition I wanted (no guitar is perfect but I wanted no defects/issues affecting playability) then called me back. I ordered one guitar and it arrived in good shape exactly what I was looking for. Awesome guitar. Good experience.
