Samson was my loan officer during my initial purchase so it was without hesitation that I chose to utilize his services when I decided to refinance my home. His communication is timely and he walks you through each step of the process. Samson makes the loan process as seamless as possible. I highly recommend him!
Sam was terrific. We got to work very quickly. He was available for all calls and questions I had, without delay. He worked to get me a great deal on a 30-year fixed conventional loan. He prepared me very well for the home buying process and the closing costs even came in lower than first estimated. The document collection process was very simple, as he has a great portal making it easy to deliver. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Sam is the third lender I have worked with for purchases or re finance and he is by far the best experience I’ve had. He is honest and accurate, quick, and accommodating. I worked with 2 lenders on a re finance and the terms I received with Sam were FAR better than the other who I was working with for comparison. It was also a much smoother process than I have had in the past doing the same thing. I cannot recommend working with him enough!
