Sam was amazing. I have recommended him to about 5 different people that are in the process of purchasing a home. We definitely would have not been able to get approved if he didn’t move fast on our situation. He was on it from the very first day that I called him. He did a fantastic job and thanks to him I am in my dream home paying a descendant rate.
A coworker told me to call Sam and I am really happy I did. His rates were very competitive (slightly lower) than the two previous quotes I had received from other lenders, and he made the loan process easy. The mountain of paperwork can be scary with home loans, but Sam made it quick and painless. Most importantly, he always kept his word and made himself available. Call him at 10 in the morning or 10 at night, he almost always answers. For me, that gave me peace of mind.
Working with Sam was a pleasure. I never knew how stressful purchasing a home could be, but Sam made the process as painless as could be. Sam coached me through the process the whole way through.
