I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment because of the office staff. The apartment was in older condition so little things like the door handles did not match, fans were outdated and the bathroom cabinets were dirty. However, my biggest concern was the oven / stovetop was old and not working. The heat in the apartment wasn't working in one room.

We have 2 cars and every night....there is absolutely no parking available at all. It is extremely frustrating to have to spend nearly an hour circling around waiting for someone to leave In order to park and most often i have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk all the way to my apt. It was an... (Verified Renter) It was an easy process to move in with all the paperwork to be completed. Community is clean and is locally convenient to the grocery store and other necessary restaurants and stores. Located Close enough to the freeway.
