This is a beautiful community. However I have been looking for so much more for my mom. I have come in several times with my mom wearing the same clothes. She often smells like urine and she lives on assisted living and is embarrassed to go to activities or eat in the dining room. I can in twice to her briefs being so saturated I was embarrassed for my mom. The executive Director does not respond to my phone calls. I think it is a wonderful community, that is trying hard. They don't have adequate number of staff to care for the residents. Sarabella is using a lot of agency staff to assist with the care and number of staff as it is a newer community. The community recently hired a new Activities Director and they are trying to implement a new activities. The activities seems to be going into a good direction.
