I had an appointment to get an estimate on replacing some gutters at 4pm today. It's now 6:40pm and haven't heard anything from them. I don't appreciate the fact that my time isn't valued. I'll take my business elsewhere.
they tried to strong-arm my sister into allowing them to build a illegally against code to cut costs after they already started the job. they also sent out an old man with advanced Alzheimer's instead of a crew. and then they left my sister high and dry with a third of her roof missing and refuses to return her money. avoid at all costs
Lack of communication, customer service, and basic respect. We had unanswered and unreturned phone calls for weeks, which is common for them if you read yelp reviews. When I called because no one showed up for the repair today, the receptionist had no record of an appointment being made and no record of us or our home. They don’t stand behind their warranties. Job done in 2016 with a 5 year warranty. Over the next 2 years we have had to have them come out multiple times and the problem keeps getting worse. Rather than honor their warranty they stopped returning calls.
This was a repair job from work previously done. It took weeks for them to get back to me and weeks again to actually come out.
I’m not sure what is going on with Schneider now. Have used them in the past with no issue. The latest repair we had done has been a mess from start to finish-no reply to phone calls, estimates took forever to get completed, and the final straw when I paid the final payment they charges my credit card the entire job amount not the amount due! The work is done well but the office staff is very poor.
When you are a new customer they treat you really well but after that it takes them like a week to just get back to you.
