Beyond hate!!! I am about to come out of pocket because of this silly company!! Use T&E roofing before here!! Rip off! Costing me money again because of sloppy ass roofing job. They came back out for a third time after water started coming in where they"fixed" my roof!! The gentleman that came and agreed my flashing job was shit!! Took pics of all types of damage!! Unfortunately, we had some of the worst customer service we have ever had with a company we have hired to do work. This was a small job, but on a deadline because we are selling our house. Communication was poor, and if we hadn't kept calling, the job wouldn't have gotten done. No one seemed to know what needed to be done. We called in our payment information to get on the schedule and we had to call back twice to even get the job scheduled. Business response:
It is sad how you help someone sell there home by doing work in a short time. We did not have his signed contract till 4 days before work was done. Travis said he sent it n, so maybe that was our fault. I told him I would rush job to help. Called personally twice and emailed him. Sent paid invoice and lien to make house closing go fine. Don't know what else we could do to help.
