I’m a Chevy/GM guy at heart, but the reason I go to Schumacher Chevy (even though there are other GM dealerships closer to my home) is simple, Tom Ford. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He IS customer Service. Everyone else I have spoken with at Schumacher has been friendly and courteous as well.
