On my trip to the Florida Keys I had a transmission blowout. I stopped into the dealership to get a vehicle that I paid for outright. I was told that I could either pay $150 for my title for my vehicle or mail one in. I opted for the $150. After two months of trying to get the title I was told the reason they had not sent it was because I had not sent mine. Thursday I took my car to get looked over because I was in a accident. I drove it on my lunch break forgetting I had my stuff in the backseat. Everything was good until I got home. I do party events I forgot 4 bottles of Hennessy in my back seat. I called the shop from Thursday to Saturday about my bottles I was told to wait until Monday. Made an appointment to get my oil changed. Arrived 15 minutes early. Waited and looked around for someone to check my vehicle in. Finally somone arrived and was insulted immediately. I said I had an appointment and he asked "And that means what to me?" He finally took my keys from me and told me it would be 2.5 -3 hours. Why so long for an oil change with an appointment? Worst Service department, atleast Northlake, I have ever dealt with. Bent a rim on one of my previous vehicles and now sitting here 2-1/2 hours after my early morning appoint and now just getting to my vehicle. Now telling me they don’t have the parts, unreal. In their defense service manager Jim stepped in, sent someone to go get the parts from another dealership and got it done quickly while getting me a rental vehicle. So appreciate him doing that.

I’m very upset with the service that I’m receiving at Schumacher. My car has been in for service on repair that they say the part is on a nationwide back order. My car has been there for over two weeks and no one will return my calls or give me a loner car or buy out my lease. Needless to say I’ll be walking away from Chevrolet and most importantly The Schumacher family of cars.

My husband bought a used truck at this rotten dealership a few years ago it looked to be in good condition and it was nothing but a lemon. this horrible dealership did nothing to fix the situation other than charge my poor husband again again and again the poor man is so gullible he kept chasing the rainbow and these people kept taking advantage of it they laughed all the way to the bank. I would not recommend this if it was the last one on earth. be wary of a dealership that takes advantage of a veteran shame on them

Your employees need to wear masks. I was here 10/5 at about 2:14 - 3:15p. Your receptionist and a #of your sales people were walking around without masks on. There was also a gentleman with Buick on his shirt that did not have a mask on. When I asked him where his mask was he said it was on his desk, I told him it belongs on his face. This is why we will never be free of this virus. Everyone needs to realize this is serious. You have signs all over your establishment that says employees and patrons must wear masks. I have a 2009 chevy cobalt SS with 16297 miles when I brought it in. tonight driving home from work the right front tire is hanging on by ONE lug nut. one lug bolt is broken. I brought it to chevy dealer because the car is very clean. always have had the work done at a chevy dealership. HOT HAPPY AT ALL.
