Absolutely terrible!!! Lied to by 2 different salesman. Wasted 2 days trying to buy a brand new vehicle from them! ZERO STARS

Attention to details!! I bought a new 2018 Buick Enclave and already had to bring it back for an oil change and tire rotation. Windows we're hazed. Was missing two tire valve caps, corrected while I was there. Alignment was off and still is, steering wheel is not straight. Headlight coating peeling off, crease in the front of the hood and spare tire rusted!! Only 72 miles on the car. Have to bring the car back a second time and get a loaner to fix these issues. I dropped off my vehicle on the 18th @ 10am and by 1pm the following day my vehicle was sitting in the same exact spot out in the parking lot untouched or worked on.

I did old change a replaced a small clamp. It took more than a day. I had to leave my car there overnight. And the shuttle picking me up took more than an hour. Never had something like this before.

Nicholas Jensen was the worst service advisor I have encountered at a Chevy dealership. He did not answer his phone or return my calls in a timely manner nor did he keep me updated on the status of my vehicle during the week it was with them. To be the "Assistant Manager" must not require a high level of customer service skills. He was the advisor I was scheduled with and I intentionally made him listen to the very noticeable noise coming from my car before handing over my keys. My wife traded her car in for a new one and they never paid it off. We gave them numerous opportunities to fix the problem and they wouldn’t for months. They never paid it off.

Horrible is an understatement to the experience I had with their Service Department. We were assigned to Justin. He was rude and condescending to me. I should have listened to my gut instinct. Less than a week after receiving my car and assured all was good the transmission slips. Lesson learned and I will NEVER do business with them again.

We went there with a cash offer on our truck. When we got there they started low balling us. Don’t waste your time.

The experience I had on 3/8/19 was less than pleasing. Brought my car in for service on 3/6 for a wheel and tire repair. Had to rent a car since we did not have the wheel. The price was outrageous even though if you look up on Buick tire and rimm they have it for $399.99 but at Schumacher it is $790.90.. That was not the end of it.. I called Alex to see when it would be complete in the morning. Left a VM for him also stating I wanted to keep the wheel and tire since I was going to see if it could be repaired so I would have ... read more
