"First service" I had to get a oil change. Nick Jensen was my service person. He was great. Service was fast. Got a complimentary car wash and was out of there in under a hour. Was very happy. Shout out to Carlos Hernandez. He is the best.

Explained to me the process and asked if I had any questions. Actually walked me into the waiting area after he was done obtaining information from me. Additionally the shuttle driver Sam was very friendly and considerate of everyone in the vans needs.
