I purchased a used BMW from the North Palm Beach dealership. My salesman was Anthony Orio. The purchase was made remotely as I am in AZ. Anthony was deceptive when describing the vehicle’s condition. Prior to purchase I had them do a walk around video and the car appeared in great condition. I specifically asked if the vehicle was fully operational and was told it had no issues. This is the best that I could put at this time. Schumacher has been in possession of my car for a seventh day now. When I can speak to someone I am told that they are still trouble shooting and they cannot figure out what is wrong with it. I receive no call backs from my service manager. I went through their phone system to try to get a hold of someone who can tell me something. A guess at how long this may be. They may not care, but my rental car bill is getting pretty high. I am writing to you in a few words, my family and I are very unhappy with the purchase of my car, and that of my son, I have had to return my car to service four times. The specialized technicians have not been able to fix the vibration of the steering wheel and it goes to the right when my son's car is driven. You may save your life by not using this company. After regular maintenance of oil change and tire rotation my driver rear tire came off my vehicle while driving down the turnpike. Upon further inspection by a third party, additional gross negligence was identified as multiple wheels had loose lug nuts. This company will not own up to their mistake and is causing major distress on top of an already traumatic experience. You may save your life by not using this dealership.
