This is the second car we've gotten from Schumacher. I worked with Dan on behalf of my parents, so it was all on the phone as I am out of state. He was fantastic. Answered all my questions, got me all the information I asked for, went through all our options. He was an honest broker, no surprises, no ridiculous add ons.
