I can honestly say that dealing with Shumacher is probably the smoothest leasing experience I have ever had with a dealership. Our salesman Dan Blackburn worked with us to find an agreement we were both happy with. And Tylynn Meeks made the transition a pleasure. I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Once again, had great difficulty trying to book our MKC for service through the Service Dept. Finally contacted Michael Kuznetz, our Service Advisor. Booked same day service with his personal follow-up, as usual. Kudos to Michael for caring about Customer needs promptly!
