"Service for a very difficult problem." Dave Adams persevered and resolved a very difficult (noise) to locate and eliminate. We are very happy with the end result. "Pleasant experience. Nice people to work with" A Lincoln auto was not on our radar. We were introduced to a friendly and very professional salesman. He reviewed the pros and con of the car we were planning to lease . As a result, we came to realize there was more truth than fiction in his presentation......the result was, we decided to change the auto company we have been leasing from for the past thirty years. "Best Service Advisor" In life you get to meet many people, especially when you have taken cars into service all over the place with different locations. I want to just let everyone know about the greatest service advisor at Lincoln, his name is Dave Adams. I always kid him about what vitamins he takes because from early morning to closing there is no one better. "Battery" Unfortunately Lincoln has horrible batteries and they die every 2 years when they should last longer. Dave was great and had someone pick me up. I thought he said someone would bring the car to me but no problem. But when I got the car back, the next day my low air light went on for the tires. I would think that if you have a $50K plus car you would check the tires. All in all everything was fine.
