"Lost a Customer" As a consumer I would have expected better service. Because of that, I decided to look at other car brands. Shame - Subaru is a great brand.
"Would not properly help me" We tried to buy a car and the man would no to help us. We waited over 2 hours. The salesman told us we had a deal then this man wouldn’t honor us. But was so rude about it. He spoke to us like we were not human. They should be embarrassed to have a guy like this working here and dealing with customers.
"not a nice time" please stay away from this man he will waste your time .... dont buy a car here give your business to a trustworthy dealer. they will not honor their deals and always lie
"Sales needs improvement with communicating with service" Will update after next visit. Management is helping with the situations. Several issues will need to be addressed. I believe the manager I spoke with is a man of his word. Kenneth Cadmus is not the manager. Kenneth was very unhelpful and argumental.
"Stay Away. Don't have the Experience I did!" Ken Cadmus was my salesman and he's a great car salesman. Unfortunately, I didn't do well at all. He took my car key and wouldn't give it back before I agreed to buy a car. Even though the car he was selling me wasn't there, he gave me a loaner and took my plate. Ironically, he misstated why he needed my plate, sine the car the next day had a new plate. His reasoning as was told by him to me a few days later, was to eliminate my chance of buyer's remorse. "DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE " So my first experience with Schumacher Subaru was about 10 months ago when I leased the Subaru WRX. There were some slight kinks but they quickly were smoothed over by the very competent Finance guy Dwight, Jesse and Management. Jesse was our salesman and I cannot say enough good things about him. Nice, no "airs" about him, really genuine, smart and super knowledgeable. It was because of him and mostly his knowledge that sold us completely. "Worst Experience " I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback from this location in September 2017. I would never recommend this branch to any person. I have had issues with both sales and service. To buy the car it took 8 hours. We had a negotiated price agreed upon within an hour and the delays were attributed to the branch being so busy. I was sitting waiting for multiple representatives for 7 hours. They sold me the car with tires that were severely needing replacement. I had to get 4 brand new tires on the car in January, just 3 m... read more
"2017 Forester" On April 18th we met Scott Gregory at Delray Beach....when we went to test drive the 2016 Forester we found out it didn't have the "blind spot" technology...an immediate deal buster...we then test drove the 2016 Outback which had the blind spot + all the other technology.. We were still looking at competitive models so we told Scott we would call him when our decision was made. Scott stayed in touch with us but never pressured us to make a decision.
