I had a bad experience with some of the other Subaru dealerships in the area, and had almost given up on buying a Subaru, but figured I'd give it one more shot. Bought a Subaru forester on or about march 5. Waiting for car to come in. Jen the sale manager said it will be in by the end of the month. I wanted a few extra options added to car. Disappointed! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am on Saturday. Service on my car wasn’t started until 11:30am! I was given the excuse that there were some emergency repairs for other vehicles, ie battery problems. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, when it seems to be first come first serve!When my car was ready, it wasn’t even washed! I don’t think I’d go back there.

When I brought it my car on a Monday, I was told the problem would be addressed the next day and that I should just leave my car here. On Tuesday afternoon I was updated that there was a misunderstanding somewhere and the part they needed had not arrived so the car would not be ready until Wednesday. Oil change, tire rotation and weather strip change 4. 5 hours!?!? No update on how long needed. Then when asked why so long , I get a nasty comment from one of the service guys. How long would this have taken if I didn’t make an appointment?? And please- stop sending me flyers everyday!!!
David Poire was straight and direct to the point. There were no hidden costs and the final price of the car, together with all associated fees and taxes was transparent from the first phone call. Together with the quality of the car on sale, this affected my decision to proceed with purchasing.
Update of Starlink system. Efficiently done and in the promised time window. They even washed my Outback.
