They got one star for two main reasons. I had been in touch with the salesman before I called the evening before and let the salesman know I would be there the next morning. The car was listed for $20594. When I got there the next morning the price had gone up to $21887. I took it anyway but should have walked away at that point. I then had to wait almost a hour for the finance man who did not have anyone in his office. Never went over anything with me other than trying to sell me some maintenance policies. "Would not properly help me" We tried to buy a car and the man would no to help us. We waited over 2 hours. The salesman told us we had a deal then this man wouldn’t honor us. But was so rude about it. He spoke to us like we were not human. They should be embarrassed to have a guy like this working here and dealing with customers.

"Sales needs improvement with communicating with service" Will update after next visit. Management is helping with the situations. Several issues will need to be addressed. I believe the manager I spoke with is a man of his word. Kenneth Cadmus is not the manager. Kenneth was very unhelpful and argumental.

"Stay Away. Don't have the Experience I did!" Ken Cadmus was my salesman and he's a great car salesman. Unfortunately, I didn't do well at all. He took my car key and wouldn't give it back before I agreed to buy a car. Even though the car he was selling me wasn't there, he gave me a loaner and took my plate. "DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE " So my first experience with Schumacher Subaru was about 10 months ago when I leased the Subaru WRX. There were some slight kinks but they quickly were smoothed over by the very competent Finance guy Dwight, Jesse and Management. Jesse was our salesman and I cannot say enough good things about him. Nice, no "airs" about him, really genuine, smart and super knowledgeable. It was because of him and mostly his knowledge that sold us completely.
