"I like Delray Subaru" The experience of buying a car is always bad except in Delray Subaru. I like the sales person, Scott Gregory, who is nice and organized. I bought two Subaru Outbacks and the quality is excellent!

"I love my Subaru Outback." Not only was everyone at Delray Subaru super helpful (a special shoutout goes out to Scott Gregory), they also had the exact car that I wanted. I walked in not expecting to drive off the lot in the perfect car, so I can't thank all of the team members at Delray Subaru enough for making the process easy and painfree!

"Great dealership and staff! " I started off the day by going to the Dodge dealership next-door. My experience there was less than ideal unfortunately. I ended the day by going to Subaru and fortunately, my experience there was wonderful! The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Very involved even after the sale concluded. "I went to Delray Subaru because they were the closest to..." I went to Delray Subaru because they were the closest to me. I had a bad experience with some of the other Subaru dealerships in the area, and had almost given up on buying a Subaru, but figured I'd give it one more shot. Bought a Subaru forester on or about march 5. Waiting for car to come in. Jen the sale manager said it will be in by the end of the month. I wanted a few extra options added to car. Jen said no problem she will order them. She said she was waiting on one item to come in. I have all the emails. On Tuesday George he must be the gm said I’m sorry that the car was sold by mistake. Disappointed! I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am on Saturday. Service on my car wasn’t started until 11:30am! I was given the excuse that there were some emergency repairs for other vehicles, ie battery problems. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, when it seems to be first come first serve!When my car was ready, it wasn’t even washed! I don’t think I’d go back there.

When I brought it my car on a Monday, I was told the problem would be addressed the next day and that I should just leave my car here. On Tuesday afternoon I was updated that there was a misunderstanding somewhere and the part they needed had not arrived so the car would not be ready until Wednesday. At this point I offered to come get my car and bring it back when the part was available because I needed my car to get to work Thursday, but was told there would be no issues. Oil change, tire rotation and weather strip change 4. 5 hours!?!? No update on how long needed. Then when asked why so long , I get a nasty comment from one of the service guys. How long would this have taken if I didn’t make an appointment?? And please- stop sending me flyers everyday!!!
