This visit was only to replace a key fob. They couldn't program the new blank, so I must return whenever the correct blank becomes available.

Clean and pleasing to the eye. Prople are nice and offered us water and coffee. Had a great experience.
Steven Marrone made our day! We had so much fun and he made our visit extremely enjoyable. He took such good care of us. He gave us an estimate before the work was done and the actual price was actually about $20 less than the estimate. The service was done in a timely manner and we came in with three concerns that were addressed and resolved. And to top it off, the car was washed and vacuumed. We would definitely recommend this Subaru dealership.

It was an exceptional experience for me. From the beginning, setting up a test drive with Catianna and then going to the dealership. Alex Moo was as professional and patient and all-encompassing in his guidance and knowledge. The test drive was perfect. He made me feel comfortable behind a wheel of the Crosstrek which was unfamiliar to me. Contacting my insurance company and transferring and updating, as complicated as it were, went very smoothly.
