Steven Marrone made our day! We had so much fun and he made our visit extremely enjoyable. He took such good care of us. He gave us an estimate before the work was done and the actual price was actually about $20 less than the estimate. The service was done in a timely manner and we came in with three concerns that were addressed and resolved. And to top it off, the car was washed and vacuumed. We would definitely recommend this Subaru dealership.

It was an exceptional experience for me. From the beginning, setting up a test drive with Catianna and then going to the dealership. Alex Moo was as professional and patient and all-encompassing in his guidance and knowledge. The test drive was perfect. He made me feel comfortable behind a wheel of the Crosstrek which was unfamiliar to me. Contacting my insurance company and transferring and updating, as complicated as it were, went very smoothly. We had the best experience from start to finish. David met us in the lot when we first arrived and totally understood what we were looking for immediately. After the negotiations, which wasn't that bad, we ended up in front of Tylyn Meeks in the credit department. We have had some terrible experiences in the credit department of many dealerships thru the years but Tylyn was truly delightful. It truly was one of the most enjoyable car purchase we have ever experienced. I would recommend David and Schumacher to everyone.

One of the best and easiest experience ever. Entire staff was great. David is the best.
Great teamwork, clean facility. Got recall work done an hour before promised time. Only concern was that I needed a little touch up paint. Don't mind at all paying but Parts said I would have to pick it up and the little pen couldn't be mailed. Almost doubles the cost and real inconvenience. Just take to the time and mail it to me in 1st place????????????????????? Ruben was great
