My 1-year old Ascent battery failed 3 times in 4 months, twice in two days. The dealership took me on a next day no appointment basis. The battery was replaced under warranty in about 1 1/2 hours. Steven Marrone, Service Manager, was courteous and understanding and handled my problem professionally, quickly, and graciously. Totally recommend this dealership and their service staff.
Came in with a very specific request for a used car, and as the car i had seen in their inventory was not available there was a real effort made to find something suitable and actually ended up with a car with lower mileage and at a price well below what carfax had recommended. Couldn't be happier and feel that the upgrade will keep us happy we came to Schumacher!
