"Seamless Process" Traded Subaru Outback in for an Impreza 5-door. Didn’t want to spend hours in the dealership. Knew Mr. Gregory from prior purchase. I found the vehicle I wanted. He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next day and I was out of the dealership in about 90 minutes total.

"Unexpected new tire" My new Subaru Forester received an unwanted gift. A nail through the sidewall of one of it's tires. This was certainly an unexpected expense, it certainly was not the fault of Subaru! Since I've only been to the service department once before, for routine oil change, etc., I needed some education on how the "Express Service" works.
