"Seamless Process" Traded Subaru Outback in for an Impreza 5-door. Didn’t want to spend hours in the dealership. Knew Mr. Gregory from prior purchase. I found the vehicle I wanted. He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign the next day and I was out of the dealership in about 90 minutes total.

"Unexpected new tire" My new Subaru Forester received an unwanted gift. A nail through the sidewall of one of it's tires. This was certainly an unexpected expense, it certainly was not the fault of Subaru! Since I've only been to the service department once before, for routine oil change, etc., I needed some education on how the "Express Service" works. "Our first service" My wife and I drove from Cooper City to Delray Beach to have our Subaru serviced. It was promised in an hour and sure enough we had it right on time.
"Scott Gregory, my salesman, is the BEST!!!" I had a 2002 Forester (137.000 miles) which I loved, but after 14 years it was time to buy a new car. Buying a car was a new experience for me. Fortunately my salesman was Scott Gregory who is the most patient, helpful, caring person and thanks to him I now own a 2017 Outback which I love.
