"Excellent from when I stepped in to the last day of signing " I went in to change my oil on my 2012 leased Suburu Forester and came out with a 2016 Leased Crossfit. It was easy and effortless. They initiated the conversation. Peter Altman helped me with the car details. We met after I leased it and he showed me how to use the phone and all the extras. "Post Purchase Assistance" Peter Altman gave me a detailed review of the steps needed to use voice activation for many of the functions on the Forester entertainment and telephone screens. I was having great difficulty getting them to operate consistently but he patiently showed me how to navigate through the screens using all the proper key presses and screen touches. It was a first rate experience.
