Oil Change and Turn Light Bulb Replacement Next oil change due date or due mileage was not recorded. Labor cost for the Turn Light Bulb Replacement was pricy. I thought it was an easy replacement.
In and Out I stopped by at around 11 AM on a Saturday and I saw a number of cars in the waiting area. I asked Cindi if there was any way I could get an oil change. She said if I could return at 1PM it would be an in and out. I was back around 12:30 and was out by 1:30! Perfect!
Great service starting with Assistant Service Manager letting me know what needed to be done and why. New convertible top installed quickly and looks great.

All was good. Service was fine. It did take a while to get my car back but the shuttle drivers were pleasant. I was not happy that the service department would not use multiple coupons on my bill. It's not like they are struggling & it would have only given me an extra $20+ off. Cut customers some slack. Them cleaning my car was nice.
Excellent service with cindi and the dealership pleased with the timely manner and end result dealership friendly and accommodating far better than other dealerships and the location was great
