Quick and Easy I brought my car in for the 10K maintenance. Cyndi was very nice and had my car ready on time. The shuttle service was great. They washed and vacuumed my car too.

Good service. Met all my expectations of good service. They were not pushy about service that they offered that was not immediately required. I appreciated that because I hate feeling like they are salesman trying to push their product on me.

Amazing Customer Service We came here because I lost my wedding ring under the seat. We talked with Doreen Preshlock, she was amazing she got right down laid on the concrete was trying so hard to help us and was very understanding and sympathetic! Wow she was the best! Anyway they had my seat off found the ring in 5 minutes this is the place to go for ANY service need! I've been to many places with no one as nice, sweet, kind and caring as she was toward us! VW Parts Department Bought two vehicles over weekend, 2016 Beetle for me and 2016 Golf SportsWagen for my husband. Best Dealer experience in many years. When I brought my car in for routine service I was in for a treat. At first there seemed to have been a mix -up regarding my appointment and what I thought was going to be a pain in the neck turned out to be the best service I have received in many years at a dealership.
