Quick, honest, customer focused Schumacher did an excellent job managing the exchange from our VW lease that was expiring and writing a new 2016 lease for a newer car.

Annual Oil Change I made the appointment early afternoon an took the car in. Check in was easy and I was informed there was a bit of a backup and it would take about 1.5 hours. Thankfully it was ready in just over 1 hour and the vehicle inspection noted everything was in good order. The tires were topped off as well as the windshield washer fluid. This is the closest VW dealership to my home so I will be sure to return there for future service.
