I walked away from a previous commitment to a different agency minutes before I purchased my Volvo. Granted, Elliott Bates knew the circumstances but his patience and commitment to the customer reinforced that I made the right decision. Further, everyone involved was efficient and transparent. NO sales pressure and minimal haggling (my husband's contribution). Clear from the minute we met Elliott, customer was the first priority, not the sale. Kudos to everyone we encountered at Schumacher.

Working with Elliott Bates was a pleasure. He is so knowledgeable and patient, which made the buying experience comfortable. This was our first time at Schumacher Volvo Carsof the Palm Beaches. The dealership is clean, attractive and stocked with tasty snacks, coffee, and water. Along with Elliott, kudos for Jim Gilarmo, Business Manager, who knows his stuff and helped us with financing that works for us. Two thumbs up!

The Schumacher of West Palm Beach is my ideal place for buying a car. I worked with Ariel and Floyd Burwell, letting them know I was looking for a Subaru with low mileage within my price range and to be on the lookout. After test driving every car on the planet we went to Schumacher We love our new VOLVO. Daniel is the BEST Salesman! He is very knowledgeable about every car and patient. He even went out in a storm to bring our car to us so we would not get wet. Dmitry the Sales Manager runs this place like a efficient, organized team!!! Richie Silverman is the MAN! Not only is he a person on his word and completely changed our idea of a “car salesman” but he made the car buying process so enjoyable! I never thought about these guys as relationship people, but I will not buy a car from anyone else as long as he’s working there. What a wonderful experience!
