I have had my Volvo serviced here since 2019 and Christian Pineda is amazing, he is trustworthy, thorough, personable, and a great communicator. Recently I had damaged the suspension components and him and the team went over our XC90 and quickly repaired it and had it back to us swiftly. Thank you Christian and team.

One of the best service experiences I have had. Devin (my service advisor) kept me informed about the scope of the service and set accurate expectations wrt how long it would take. He was also helpful about additional service i should consider (wiper blades and tire rotation). Finally, my car was washed and vacuumed - thanks! While at the dealership I also visited with a Sales Consultant (Daniel Zaccheo) about the economics of trading in my vehicle. It was a straight forward conversation. This is my second Volvo within a year. First one from Gunther. Sales and customer service were less than stellar. Schumacher has been a completely different experience. Karl our salesman was terrific, manager was very professional and finance person was knowledgeable, and efficient. Love my car and love my new dealership

The service staff was able to fit me in and address a required service issue. The great service began with a phone chat , followed up by a call to me by my service advisor (Christian). He was able to get me in for a quick look and then arranged the repair for the next day. Everything went perfectly and reinforces my selection of Vomvo and Schumacher!

I bought my Volvo XC90 last Sunday at Schumacher Volvo Cars of the Palm Beaches. I had a pretty nice experience there. Richard- the sales consultant was very friendly and he gave us an unbeatable deal. Jim- the finance manager was very nice, also.
