The service staff was able to fit me in and address a required service issue. The great service began with a phone chat , followed up by a call to me by my service advisor (Christian). He was able to get me in for a quick look and then arranged the repair for the next day. Everything went perfectly and reinforces my selection of Vomvo and Schumacher!

I bought my Volvo XC90 last Sunday at Schumacher Volvo Cars of the Palm Beaches. I had a pretty nice experience there. Richard- the sales consultant was very friendly and he gave us an unbeatable deal. Jim- the finance manager was very nice, also. It was an excellent service, Daniel was very professional and helpful. Finance was ok but failed to give the promotion rate Volvo offered, but at the end I got it, I understand the business part of it, I won’t hold that, At the end he was helpful
The experience was amazing. I tried Gunther first for a couple of days there customer service was terrible and my wants were not being supplied. I tried Schumacher for another vehicle online and they linked me with Julio Wells he reached out even though it was past closing. I made an appointment for the next day. We love our new Volvo XC90 pre-owned purchased from Schumacher Volvo Cars of the Palm Beaches!
