Great experience, this isn’t my first home purchase and I have to say this purchase was amazing thanks to Scott, nothing like my previous home purchase. Scott is very attentive and listens and returns calls ASAP if he happens to miss the call. He is very knowledgeable on VA loans as well, unlike many MLO. Scott helpedbus withbour loan to buy our house in 2005, with rates low we reached out to refinance and he got us a lower rate amd cash to pay off debt and make home improvements. With COVID he made it easy always responding to texts, calls and emails promptly and due to some employer problems not his fault we were still able to refinance within a month. Very attentive and quick to response, very good experience over all, we refinanced all 4 houses, the process took a long time since we were recovering from a previous financial issue, Scott took a lot of time to guide us through and complete all four, we were very pleased to have this all done with him.
There was lots of communication throughout the process that helped everything to go smoothly. Scott did a great job of handling our stressed out first time homebuyers questions and explained our options in a clear way that helped us to choose what worked best for us.
