Done quickly and good communication. Good rates Tried to get a refi thru my current lender but never got a response from them even though they solicited my business several times. I realize that it is difficult during this time and the amount of volume they are doing but I was pleased with timing and expediency

Scott is excellent at his job. He is very knowledgable in the mortgage business. He was patient and explained everything to me until I understood, so I could make educated decisions with his guidance. Scott is a very hard worker and always kept me informed through out the process of purchasing my investment property.. I had the pleasure of working with Scott Demich from Loan Star. From the first day i was introduced to him, i had full confidence that i was in extremely capable hands. He worked with me for over five moths, always with an upbeat and kind attitude. He educated me through the loan process, and at closing day, we were to the dollar amount that he said it would be. He was always there to answer any questions i had , even if it was after hours, or on a Sunday. He really is a stellar person, which makes him a great loan officer.

Scott was a huge help when my wife and I bought our first home. We were obviously new to the Real Estate market and had a ton of questions but Scott was able to answer them all and took all of our calls, no matter the time or day. In addition, Scott was very proactive in letting us know exactly what we would need and when to ensure that the process was smooth the whole way through.
