Scott overall was amazing. He always answered my questions and if he didn't know the answer he would get back to me within a matter of hours. The home buying process can be very frustrating and stressful. And Scott did everything he could to make it go as smoothly as possible.
Scott was great with our home loan. He is quick to answer questions and communication is very easy. I used phone/text/email during our home loan process. We were out of town on vacation for a good part of our home loan process and Scott made it stress free. He asnwered more questions and was more helpful than our realtor. I would highly recommed him to anybody looking for a home loan and would use him again in the future.
Scott was great. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get us into the house we wanted. He was always prompt in returning calls and emails, and always took time to explain the ins and outs of home loans. He's definitely an advocate for his clients.
Okay....our situation was not the easiest to navigate. And I can honestly tell you that I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to waiting and wondering what is going on. Scott went above and beyond the expectations I had. I needed extra support in paperwork for purchasing my home, understanding the online application and just had surgery so he even came to my home to help. I highly recommend him and I'm pleased with his knowledge and for being so caring and kind.
Scott was great with us, called numerous times a day to give updates, and worked his tail off to get our deal approved and closed. He managed to this in a short period of time, and made the process smooth even when we hit bumps, he kept moving forward and made it happen I will definitely use him in a year to refi.
