Scott was extremely easy to work with. He made the paperwork process simple by providing multiple methods of applying for a loan and providing necessary paperwork, which can sometimes be completely overwhelming! Scott took care of things and only contacted me when absolutely necessary, which I appreciated very much. He gave me multiple options for different loans to meet my monthly payment goals and explained things in plain English when I asked questions or had trouble understanding something.

Scott has helped us with 3 different mortgages. One was very tricky and that particular process was a new one for Scott, but you wouldn't have know it. When we wanted to do a refinance on our rental we went to back to Scott even with all of the offers via mail and email we kept getting.

Scott made everything incredibly simple and easy. Provided a list of documents needed on my part, then took it from there. At closing, we came in the office, signed our papers and it was done. Made very simple and easy.

Scott was very helpful and encouraging guiding us through the loan process as this was our first home purchase. The sellers wanted to close in 4 weeks and he did a great job putting everything together quickly and making sure all the pieces got finished on time. Scott also was very helpful with letters of explanation to the loan company as we had a bit of a unique situation. I’d definitely recommend Scott.
