The closing was completed in about 3 weeks, while simultaneously running a cash-out refi on another property. Speed was key in getting our deal done, and Scott made it happen.

Scott, went above and beyond. We were a rather complicated case with home buying and the selling of two homes covering three different states. Scott was extremely efficient at what he does. Communication was very open and clear throughout the entire process. He was recommended to us as first choice and he remains our first choice recommendation to others.

I have purchased three homes using Scott over the last decade. He has been great to work with. On our last purchase, I was concerned that being self employed would be problematic. Scott was able to walk us through the process and even coordinate the lender to talk to my banker. I would highly recommend.
