Scott is very kind, helpful and always responds quickly to any questions, even late evenings. There were no surprises during the lending process and we closed on our home in only three weeks.

Our engagement with Scott was excellent from beginning to end. He was referred to us from our listing agent. He excelled at communication, process and status updates. Answered our questions in a timely fashion. Provided a secure process to obtain our supporting documentation. These were important as we did not live relatively close to Scott - distance was not an issue. We highly recommend Scott.

It was so painless, hassle free and quick. It was only a half hour closing because I did most the paperwork through email. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. Also, any issues or mistakes were quickly corrected. It was a great experience and I would recommend him.

Scott Ellis was fantastic to work with. We were first-time homebuyers and quite nervous about the loan process and how it all worked. In our very first meeting with him, Scott explained everything in detail and helped us understand the process step by step. Then he kept in close touch with us through pre-qualification and through the closing of the loan, always answering all of our questions promptly. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone who is considering a home loan or refinance.

We sold our existing house and purchased another house by using the services of Scott Ellis. He did an excellent job of explaining the process and making it as easy as possible. We did the two closings back to back closings with no issues. I have never had two closings go so smoothly. Scott is very professional and keeps you updated all through the process. I would highly recommend his as a lender.
