Keith was prompt and very professional. He was willing to go with the "flow" and added extra tasks as they occurred to me to complete. His advise was practical and not self-serving. He gave me great service at a fair price.
I didn't feel like they were prepared for the project that they knew about. After the estimate we called them and they came out but only had half of what they needed to get the job done. I had to ask them 3 times to put in a quarter turn (new hot/cold knobs for washer) with a new surround piece and they said people don't normally do that and it would be difficult to find. There is no way to fully prepare to know what will be required for a job that is behind a wall, so most contractors may not have everything available 100% of the time. Our negotiated rate for your job was based on time and material, but we only billed you for specific time while during installation, not the time going to supply houses for specialty parts as was the case for this particular job. My pipe busted after hours and Keith called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request and was there first thing in the morning to fix it. The rates are very reasonable and he explained everything in detail. Very friendly and professional people. I will definitely use them again.
On time, reliable and trust worthy. I felt their price was reasonable. Did excellent work. Will hire them for future projects.
They were on time and did every thing they could to relieve my problem. My house was built in 1966 and the Plumbing was with Gavanized pipes and they create a flow problem. My house does not have a pressure regulator and has a line pressur of over 100 PSI.
