Scott was very personable and very professional. took care of our needs and then also took the time to discuss some other plumbing issues with us. We will definitely us Scott in the future. Already have some projects planned to use him on .Thanks Scott and RTR
I have never had such a terrible experience with a business. I had a small leak in the wall behind the shower which two plumbers (including a supervisor) were unable to fix after five visits. Each time they said ?I promise it is fixed now.? The ?repair? was sloppy and the shower continued to drip for 6 weeks behind the shower and up the drywall. They left dirt and caulk in the tub/bathroom, and also tracked mud onto my son?s bedroom carpet. I have repeatedly asked for a refund because I have zero confidence Scott Plumbing ... read more
We are doing a whole house renovation. My GCs plumber was unavailable so I chose to use Scott Plumbing. I had used them a couple of times before with no issue. However this time, They broke a vanity top during installation. I am not naive, and realize stuff happens. was suppose to fix leaky pipes in bathroom wall.he got there didnt turn water off jerked one of the pi o es it broke 30 gallons water flooded down stairs before water was turned off.he fixed pipe he broke.other leaks on other pipe he didnot fix.i told him to fix all leaks so carpenter could repanel wall.he charged 175.00. he didnot fix other pipe as ask. because of flooding he caused tile is pulling up from floor.i called him and ask him if he was goin v to fix other leak he was ask to fix.he said get another plumber very ru... read more

She was not there when the repair took place. No professional plumber goes around jerking on pipes while the water is on, the pipe did blow apart on it's own while the husband and I were standing there but no work or diagnosis had taken place yet. There was maybe 5 gals that got on the floor. What she doesn't tell you is that the previous home owner did all the plumbing in the house originally and that pipe had been leaking for weeks on her floor.
