She was not there when the repair took place. No professional plumber goes around jerking on pipes while the water is on, the pipe did blow apart on it's own while the husband and I were standing there but no work or diagnosis had taken place yet. There was maybe 5 gals that got on the floor. What she doesn't tell you is that the previous home owner did all the plumbing in the house originally and that pipe had been leaking for weeks on her floor. $105 to hook up a faucet line to the water line & sink will not rotate properly now. Bad service, bad value,wouldn't recommend.

He wanted me to repair an existing faucet he already tried to fix. I quoted him an estimate of 75-100 for PM appt. When I arrived, the faucet was installed incorrectly with the hoses pinched underneath the sink. I advised him I would need to remove and reinstall correctly and he said ok, so I reinstalled it correctly, I also fixed a drain & supply valve leak at no extra charge.
