I left a message on Sunday about a water leak. As hoped, they returned my call first thing Monday morning. I don't know if they do emergency calls, but luckily, my water supply leak was manageable and did not warrant an "emergency" call. I was a little surprised by the cost, but HONESTLY: 1)I don't know what the going rate for such a call is. Maybe this was normal or even an incredible deal. Very responsive. I will definitely have them out the next time I have a job that needs to be done.
The Plummer was very good and very knowledgeable. The bill however was another story, $270 plus for two leaky faucets, totally expensive. The only thing is they came out right away and if you do not mind the price, call them, otherwise go elsewhere.
The pipe to our bathtub drain broke. I called, set up an appointment, and got a quote. They arrived on time and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. 1-year warranty on their service. Very professional and polite. I am very impressed and pleased with Scott Plumbing. I will definitely be using them in the future.
On time.helpful. courteous. Travis was very helpful in explaining what he was doing. Cleaned up before he left and shared a product that would get rid of the lime deposits.
The plumber arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He found my problem and fixed it fast. Scott Plumbing saved me a lot of time and money. I will use them exclusively if I should be in need of plumbing services in the future.
They were very professional and offered the best deal by far. I would definitely recommend them!
