I was able to get an appointment right away and had two jobs - replacing a garbage disposal and fixing a leaky toilet. They sent two techs - Keith and Logan - and they were both friendly and got right to work. Very knowledgeable - they explained the problem and how they were fixing it and then when they were done, they tested both repairs to make sure the job was done. Had a bad leak under my sinkin the kitchen. I called and even though it was after 3 in the afternoon and they were fully booked, they managed to get a truck sent out and everything was fixed before 5 o?clock. I know they can?t always accommodate me but I?m so thankful for this wonderful company who eased an old lady?s mind and saved her kitchen.
