Dr. Powell performed an ACL reconstruction on my knee. He is professional and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for patients. He was always easy to reach anytime I needed him. My knee recovered nicely and I was able to resume doing stunt work. Highly recommended!
The doctor and his staff were always quick and friendly and professional. Particularly when something new occurs - arthritis, an injury - and I had questions and concerns, the doctor was able to talk about them in ways that I clearly understood and gave me direction to take non-surgical and non-pharmaceutical steps which suited me much better than being given only surgical choices. I always knew that I was in good hands.
Very professional atmosphere, and a fun doctor to visit. We always have a good laugh together when I have my quarterly checkups.
I was able to see Dr. Powell the same week I made an appointment, and he was a very pleasant doctor. He gave me great advice, and didn’t think surgery was necessary. I’m currently undergoing PT and definitely am starting to feel better.
Dr. Powell was very compassionate about my Knee pain. I came to him for a second opinion and he recommended surgery as a secondary option to trying PRP injections. I am definitely glad we opted for PRP first because I’m feeling much better now! Thank you for not trying to rush me into surgery like another local orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Powell deserves 1,000+ (5 stars) he helped my mother after she fell and injured herself. He was making jokes, and having her smile during this time was heartwarming. Can’t thank Dr. Powell enough for fixing her up, and making her feel comfortable.
I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Powell and his orthopedic knowledge. His knowledge in the overall space of orthopedics is very impressive and he’s a top expert in his space.
Dr. Powell and his staff have always been super helpful throughout the years. Hopefully I will never have to see him again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.
