"You were out of stock on the cameras and i had no status update. Then when they arrived to you, you committed to expedite the shipment to me - but didn't. So what should have been 3 days or so, turned into 10.... But Stu Moore took care of subsequent issues and made sure I understood that mistakes were made, he assured me it wouldn't happen again, and he gave me a small discount on the expediting cost. Kudos to Stu - thank you."
