"We have not got to install cameras yet. We are in the process of doing all the wiring. They are part of a big project that involves 3 phases. But ordering the cameras and DVR was very easy and the staff was very helpful in making sure I had what we needed for the project. The quotes were sent to me in a timely manner. I had all the quotes I needed and ordered a 16 channel hybrid with 9 IP cameras, then had them on my door step less than 36 hours. Maybe less than that. I was not at the office when they were delivered"
"So far I would say 5 stars but that rating is only based on the customer service I have received thus far, not the product itself. The reps have been very helpful.
