"I own a Verizon Store in Ohio and LOVED working with them the first time! The setup to be able to view on my laptop and iPhone was INTENSE. I'm computer/network savvy and could not figure it out. With that said, you call their tech department, they remote into your computer (which remotes into the NVR), get it setup and you're good to go!
