"Hi, I looked around for a new system and came across SCW. Did my homework and asked a LOT of questions -- in fact, I was on the phone for over 30 min asking questions all of which were answered based on knowledge and followed up with additional documentation via email. When the system arrived, I did the installation and ran into trouble figuring out how to set it up. I talked with sales who transferred me to the IT area. This person was fantastic!
