"My camera system came within a week, unpacked everything, hooked up the cameras to the NVR and it was truly plug-and-play. Called customer service the next day and they remoted into my computer and set up the system to my router and guided me through the basics of operation---couldn't have been easier. "Honestly, I learned more for your site than all of the blogs I read, combined. Everyone agrees Qsee, Lorex, Swann, etc are nearly the same thing and all junk, but yall explained a lot about the difference in channels, how HD is transferred over these channels, which made me investigate many brands who usually had an * beside their HD clause where I learned it was only half the cameras. "I own a Verizon Store in Ohio and LOVED working with them the first time! The setup to be able to view on my laptop and iPhone was INTENSE. I'm computer/network savvy and could not figure it out. With that said, you call their tech department, they remote into your computer (which remotes into the NVR), get it setup and you're good to go!
