My sister is checking in today with a very bad fractured leg and ribs the hospital recommended this place. l expect her to have the very best of care. I will update this later.

Don't bother here. My Sister came out far worse then going in. Staff did not listen to her pain or problems. Says they specialize in spine issues, my Sister can barely function ATM from the terrible treatment. They ran her ragged with OT and PT. Had her using machines she had no right using with her broken body. She had spine issues, neurology issues, gastro issues, and urinary issues. YOUR TEAM - NEVER had her checked by doctors to find out the causes. Nope you sent her home, stating she needed 24 hours care and no driving.... read more

Update- I was able to contact the case manager and our issue is, hopefully, getting resolved. Nonetheless, this was an inexcusable hiccup. My father was just a patient there. Within 2 days of arrival they were already telling us he would not progress appropriately by the end of his time there and would likely need nursing home care instead of assisted living; he still had more than 10 days left! Upon discharge, they didn't consider what meds he was on at home when they reconciled his meds and prescribed all of his (new) ... read more

I was transported there by their transport vehicle what a highly unpleasant ride! I had back surgery less than 2 months and was scared to death on this ride because I could feel every hole in the road. It hurt and was completely unbearable. The facility itself had only private rooms for certain patients unlike myself who had a semi private room with ONE bathroom for 4 patients yes that's right because that one bathroom was in between 2 other semi private rooms. I got here and it's been a terrible experience. They told me I was not allowed to wear diapers. And the caregiver assigned to me screamed at me at night when I asked for diaper change. Very confusing and hurtful experience.
