After the expierence we received today while being admitted, I would not recommend this facility. After spending 2 1/2 weeks at the trauma center, my spouse was released from the hospital and transferred to Sea Pines for inpatient rehab and OT. We arrived at about 3:00pm. The on duty nurse came to do the admission paperwork. The pharmacist came in and verified what medications were needed. Thinking things were all set, I left to take care of things at home at about 5:00. At 8:00 this evening, my spouse called me and found... read more

Rehab was very good, hard but good. Staff for the most part was very good. Food was terrible and mostly inedible.

I'm a caregiver for someone that was there in April, 2017. We both found that the staff is caring, the food was great, and the therapy sessions were good. But when you call the business office to make a payment on your bill they NEVER seem to be by the phone to take your call (and payment). How do they expect to get their payments from people if they are always on what appears to be "extended coffee breaks?" Jeeze, people ! If your office is so understaffed, hire at least one more person so SOMEONE can always be there to ans... read more

This place doesn't give a care about the patients or getting them back to high quality of life, tried to volunteer there and they said "we only monitor vital signs and give medications. We could care less if they are happy." I was trying to come in a few days a week to play chess with people there reviving from major surgeries. Something to take their mind off the big set back they had suffered. Ormc had people do that for me when I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury.
